CONGRATULATIONS to Pontllanfraith Girl Guide, Ms Becky White, who’s just returned from a two week visit to Malawi where she worked with local young women to benefit their community.
Becky’s voluntary work in Africa helping others is an excellent example of how, far from being selfish or disengaged, many of our local young people are passionate about making a positive difference to our society and the wider world.
