AGE Cymru is Wales’ largest and leading charity for older people.
Our mission is to improve life for older people. Some 41,000 over-65s in Wales say they are often or always lonely.
This is why this year we are offering a limited number of grants to older people’s groups across Wales to organise a get-together for potentially-vulnerable older people during the winter months.
We are providing these winter celebration grants as part of our annual Spread The Warmth campaign.
From lunch clubs and older people’s forums, to sheltered-housing schemes and more — if you are an older people’s group, you can apply for one of these grants.
