I WOULD like to thank the anonymous reader who took the time and money to post me a ‘British Together’ booklet (which at a cost of 70p was an added expense). This has only reinforced my belief in nationalism. After all, the Orange Order celebrates William of Orange, a Dutch Protestant king – how British is he?
As I’m not religious, the wars between the Protestants and Catholics only have an historical interest – showing how Christian faiths can be cruel towards each other. Politics and religion should never mix.
