WHAT brave person would say: “ There would never be an accident on three main roads at similar times”?
T this is what those who advocate having a new by-pass for Newport believe.
Time they got their heads out of the sand. , or where ever they have stuck them, Tthey have no thought for the wildlife habitat that will be destroyed or also the cost involved, which could be put to a much better use.
If the press are to be believed, six million has already been spent on surveys., T that amount is a “drop in the ocean” compared to the total cost.
If this by-pass is built, Newport will become a backwater C.L. Wesson, Tan House Drive, Caerleon
