HAVING regularly posted first class mail to Aberystwyth and Ceredigion which routinely arrived within 24 hours, I cannot understand why my first class mail, posted in the same local post box recently, took four days to arrive in the City of Newport.
Is this perhaps a case of a prejudicial (language?) west-east situation or just Royal Mail mismanagement?
