THE ever popular Country Market in the Conservative Club in Usk opened its doors for the first time this season on Thursday and welcomed a great number of customers, old and new.
At our recent AGM, we were delighted to welcome Ann Bowyer as our new Chairperson. Formally County Organizer of Gwent Young Farmers, Ann will bring a new dynamic to the market offering fresh, new ideas on making our weekly market a destination for local people and visitors alike.
The Country Market comprises a group of friendly, enthusiastic producers of homegrown plants fruit & vegetables , homemade bakery, preserves, eggs, crafts and much more.
We trade from 10 am until 1200 noon every Thursday until Christmas and would love to see anyone come along and enjoy the eclectic mix of goods we have to offer, have a chat with our friendly, well informed team and enjoy a coffee and cake at the same time.
