A GREENHALGH, Newport makes some fair comments though missing the target by some miles. Since the loss of coal and steel industry Wales have always needed foreign companies to provide jobs. From far East Sony and Panasonic to Ford and other car manufacturing companies.
These companies open up in Wales for the low-wages, high-skill force and an easy way into Europe for trade. So if Wales left the EU we can say goodbye to those foreign companies that employ thousands of Welsh workers and goodbye to the easy trade that our UK companies enjoy.
