I REFER to your article on the centre pages of Friday’s Argus headed ‘Family and football are my driving forces’.
I read with enthusiasm a lovely report of this man’s life over many years. His love of his family and interests in Newport County and the Transporter Bridge; the fact that he was a Newport councillor for over eight years and has even written a book. But, unfortunately, his name has been kept a big secret by yourselves. The report mentioned his wife Mary, but who is this man?
