THIS latest idea about turning a part of Pill into a red light district is an absolute disgrace to the residents of the area.
It has been let down by the council over many decades and is unrecognisable now from the great place it was years ago.
Let’s hope that common sense will finally prevail and this idea is abandoned before it goes any further.
Perhaps the police should concentrate on doing the job they are supposed to and arresting those breaking the law instead of condoning it and turning a blind eye.
