FORMER First Minister Rhodri Morgan says Jeremy Corbyn’s ‘clear red water’ is not the same as his. His speech was just as much a dig at New Labour as it was at Tony Blair. New Labour policies never reflected old socialist values in Wales. Both would have affected a Welsh Labour win in the Welsh Assembly if Rhodri hadn’t made his red water speech. Labour will have the same problem today, a centre left party intent on winning centre right English voters. When will people realise Labour whether old or new in London is the hand and Welsh Labour is the puppet.
