NEW housing development on Llanwern site. Problems what problem?
Where are the post boxes, the buses and bus stops and the street signs? 
For the new housing developments. 
Infrastructure planning new housing development. 
With a thousand new residents left without basic needs no school resources primary or nursery.
It’s not built yet! Or public transport. 
Residents say we moved in a year ago. 
Where is the nearest school, forty minutes walk.
Is there a bus stop no? 
No buses yet! 
Can you tell me the nearest bus stop, about 50 minutes walk! 
Oh and the street signs don’t need them why? 
You don’t have post collection boxes on this estate. 
Pick it up at the post office? Why. 
There’s no street names so the postman hasn’t got a chance? 
But you have a thousand houses being lived in? 
Yes and they are building two thousand more! 
Are but you going to have a new metro rail station.
