I am increasingly concerned that all the elections taking place in England, Wales and Scotland on May 5th are being overshadowed by campaigning for the EU Referendum.
There will be a gap of six weeks between the two votes and I strongly believe that campaigning for the referendum should take place only in those six weeks.
This would leave a clear place for discussion of all the important issues raised by the various elections on May 5th.
