WE AT Newport Royal Naval Association would like to say a big thank you to Jane Shatford, Paul Stephens and their fellow Newport Uskmouth Rotarians for all the hard work they put into their annual raffle and once again inviting us to join their in, we are pleased to say we made the wonderful sum of £2,794.25 which we are most grateful for. We could not have achieved this result without the help of Morrisons, of Orb Drive, Kingsway Centre, the indoor market, and the help received from all the cheerful staff at these venues. Also, we would like to thank Turners the butchers and Boswels cafe for the kindness shown to collectors and last, but by no means least, the generous public who so willingly donated. Thank you one and all.
