I FEEL it’s high time that the authorities took some action to prevent the large numbers of “feral” youngsters hanging about the High Street and Stow Hill area’s.
A barman told me that he has personally seen some of these kids handing out “wraps” of a white powder and being generally abusive to passers by.
So much for any crackdown!
