PLEASE will you allow me to thank every one that supported the Ysbyty Anuerin Bevan League of Friends ‘Summer Fete’ held recently at the hospital in Ebbw Vale especially the mayor of Blaenau Gwent councillor Barrie Sutton for opening the fete, The Cwm Male Voice Choir for entertaining everyone on the day, the staff, the patients, their visitors, the members of the Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan League of Friends and all that gave so generously towards the day. Whilst the weather was not very good, everyone enjoyed the day. A massive £1,160 was raised which will all be spent at this hospital for the benefit of the patients there now and in the future, to make their stay more comfortable and bearable whilst they are not feeling very well or are recovering from treatment.
