SINCE 2011 speed restrictions have been placed in and around the Brynglas Tunnel on East and Westbound carriageways of M4 causing misery.
It is proposed to remove all speed restrictions in this area and revert back to the National Speed limit in both directions.
Please sign the e-petition ‘to remove all speed restrictions at Brynglas Tunnels’ and allow free movement of traffic instead of perpetual slow speed restrictions and traffic hold ups.
