WITHIN just hours of becoming the party leader, Diane James scrubbed the flamboyant ex-Tory Neil Hamilton’s name from Ukip’s conference agenda.
He has been replaced by, Nathan Gill, of all people.
Already, Ukip’s new leader has started to marginalise the elected members from Wales.
