Bin annoyance

I READ last Tuesday’s article on recycling changes, firstly with interest then with increasing annoyance. 
How dare recycling teams deem themselves entitled to slap a “contaminated” stick on the new red bags, which are, quite frankly, not up to the job? 
This is particularly irritating when they themselves are so often guilty of strewing bits of their noxious cargo liberally over verges and hedgerows. 
Perhaps they are overdue a few “unhygienic” stickers of their own.
