YET another exhibition of misguided over simplification of the issue regarding legal abortion flows from the pen of Saint Norman.
He steadfastly fails to consider the reason for that act was to protect women from the dangers of back-street abortions or life threatening complications that sometimes occur during the gestation period. Add to that; an unwanted pregnancy due to violent rape; it should not be difficult to understand the need for such a solution however sad that might be.
It is high time for Mr Plaisted to stop accusing us of moral bankruptcy when he appears totally dismissive of suffering of women who find themselves in the situations I have described.
