I WOULD like to thank the council for lowering the pavement at road crossing but is it not time for the police to move cars and vans that are blocking this access to wheelchairs and mobile scooters.
I was stopped on two occasions going to the chemist on Chepstow Road as I could not get my mobile scooter on to the pavement.
