THE people of Blackwood aren’t stupid. Former councillor Kevin Etheridge who claimed £14,000 in expenses for childcare costs is running to be a councillor this year!
It’s a shame the other two candidates he’s running with want to be associated with him. The people of Blackwood aren’t daft.
