I THOUGHT the British government had to be an impartial broker when acting as mediator between the DUP and Sinn Fein?
Theresa May’s Tory government are jeopardising the peace process in Northern Ireland in order to cling to power.
So what will be the price of such support? DUP’s anti-abortion, anti-same sex marriage stance trotted out across the UK? Or maybe climate change denial will be adopted as the policy of the Tory party? (I daresay some of their MPs will be very happy with this?)
If an agreement is made to stop the cuts in Northern Ireland will they be stopped in the rest of the UK?
Perhaps the MP for Monmouth Mr David Davies could give some answers?
