I had a similar experience to Mrs Thelma Murray (letters 9/10/17) and would publicly like to thank the Dermatology Department at St Woolos Hospital, the District Nurse who came to dress my wound, and the Gaer Pharmacy for their care and diligence before and after my operation.
They were brilliant.
