MR CLIVE J Wood (Argus letter January 26, 2018,) makes a good point regarding Declaration by United Nations Human Rights Committee etc.
What is quite ridiculous is that politicians, governments and human rights organisations wish to care for the down trodden, to protect our brothers and sisters from discrimination and to respect the human dignity of all people, yet then pass laws that undermine all these principles by demanding the human right to abort the living human being in utero, to date 9 million in the UK alone.
To respect human rights and human dignity you must first of all defend the human right to life itself from conception to natural death, otherwise all is lost.
