AT TWO of Debenhams entrances in Newport you will be greeted by mannequins of female form displaying an array of bras, knickers and suspender belts.
In my teenage years definitely out of reach top shelf material.
Even in early military life such items of dress were subject to the official secrets act.
With so much media attention given to the suffragettes movement and female sexual harassment why are Debenhams allowed to demean and embarrass the ladies of Newport with such a public display of vulgarity?
What unknown effect are such displays having on young impressionable minds?
