MARTIN Lewis’ moneysaving tip (Argus) to stock up on stamps before the price increase is not one to be ignored by anyone with some spare cash.
Representing a return of 23.3 per cent on first-class and 28 per cent on second-class stamps at the beginning of next month, this has to be one of the best investments ever.
