WE’D LIKE to thank all the residents of Pontllanfraith who last week elected us to represent our ward as Welsh Labour councillors on Caerphilly County Borough Council. In tough times, voters in Pontllanfraith (and across Caerphilly county borough) have turned to Labour to protect our vital services.
