THE very popular South Wales Argus letters page is most informative and entertaining. Full names,addresses and phone numbers must accompany letters and e-mails,unless there are exceptional circumstances.
The great majority of subscribers abide by the Editor’s rules, so why are “the web” contributors given a letters page platform using nick-names and total anonymity?
