MAY WE express our sincere appreciation to the residents of Upper Cwmbran, West Pontnewydd and Thornhill who voted for us in the recent elections and to give them an undertaking that will l continue to make ourselves available at our monthly surgeries or on a one-to-one basis or by telephone and home visits.
We would also like to express our gratitude to former councillor Bob Jones for his dedication and commitment to the Upper Cwmbran ward and to his involvement in the community organisations over the past ten years
