THANK YOU for publishing my letter ref The Royal Mint, Pontyclun. It has caused concern amongst the powers that be who telephoned me with their concerns. Fortunately, some dear friends of mine have since dealt with the matter on my behalf and a satisfactory result has been arrived at and my bank account credited with the outstanding amount. I have to add the staff at Pontyclun have been very understanding of the situation I was in and, have dealt with it speedily. I thank them for that.
May I close with a hint that the Royal Mint makes its sales literature clearer, more understandable and thus, avoid the trauma I and no doubt others, have gone through. I sincerely apologise for “rushing into print” but, at my age and limited income, seeing cash from your bank disappearing like water down a drain is, to say the least, alarming!
