Bring back the street seats

AS it looks like the work in Commercial Street is incomplete, would it be possible to return the seats?

After struggling down Charles Street to get to my bank, I was faced with the prospect of a walk from the bank to the bus stop at the market. As a disabled person with limited use of my legs, I found the task daunting with the loss of seats in Commercial Street. I trust that the seats will be replaced soon. We want to shop in our local High Street. Please don’t deny us that little pleasure.

I, too, have this problem these days. I used to manage with having frequent sit downs but now the seats have disappeared I find it most awkward. Last week I had to abandon my visit.
Maybe, where the work has been completed, the seats could be replaced.
Newport Council can attend to this problem and, with Christmas on the horizon, as has been said, Newport town centre can do with all the help it can get.
