Archbishop's claims spot-on

First published in Letters

IT HAS been quoted in one newspaper that the former Archbishop of Canterbury has said that Christians have been treated like doormats.

How true that is when we have a Prime Minister who wants to redefine marriage or interfere in what is parental responsibility, hence the morning after pill without parental consent and those who want to bring in voluntary euthanasia, thus making doctors executioners. I wonder what the abortion rate is annually. Christians who hold open air services will have to watch what they say as they could be arrested for things taken out of context. Need I say more?

Clegg has already been hauled over the coals for stating opponents of Gay marriage are bigots', so why are opponents still getting these homophobic/bigot labels, and threats of court action ? Clegg was wrong saying it, so everyone who shares his view is as well. Or is it one law for liberal loonies like Clegg and another for everyone else ?
