FOR THE second time in a week, my bus to work failed to turn up. This is the 11 A/C Brynglas. That means I’ve had to pay for a taxi twice in seven days which I cannot afford to do.
Newport Transport did not bother to send out a message for those of us who were waiting. Do they believe that going to work is optional for us? Perhaps we ought to bill them for the taxi fares.
It would also be nice if they could show some concern for their customers. After all, we keep them in business. I wonder if my 09.11 bus will turn up tomorrow?
